Willow from Crazy Safety is developed for use on e-bikes and city bikes, where there are special requirements for both safety and comfort. The helmet is suitable for daily commuting and city cycling, where visibility and protection are important factors. The integrated front and rear lights, which can be charged via USB C, increase visibility in traffic both day and night. The helmet features a UV visor that protects against sun, insects, and glare, and is also suitable for glasses wearers, ensuring clear vision throughout the ride.

Willow is equipped with a magnetic closure, making it easy to put the helmet on and take it off with one hand. Reflective straps contribute to increased visibility in low-light conditions. The helmet has adjustable straps and a robust clip, allowing for an individually tailored fit. Ventilation is ensured by 12 ventilation holes, and the inner padding can be removed and washed. Willow is tested and certified according to applicable European safety standards. For the best fit, it is recommended to measure the circumference of your head before purchase.

Delivery

We ship packages with Parcel Force / Royal Mail.

If you place your order on weekdays before 18:00, your package will be shipped the same day. On Fridays, the order must be placed before 16:30.

The standard delivery time is 3-7 business days, but some items may be stored at a remote warehouse. In such cases, a longer delivery time will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping is even free if you order for more than XXXX GBP.

Returns

Should you need to return anything to us, you are responsible for the shipping costs related.

We have a 14 days return policy, starting from the day you receive your goods.

Christmas presents can be returned to the 5th of January.
