Returns
If you wish to return an item to us, the return is at your own expense. You have a 14-day right of return from the day you received your parcel.
Take the parcel to a post office or carrier of your choice and pay for the return there.

We will send you an email as soon as we have received the parcel and the refund for the item is on its way to you.
Questions about returns?
Yes, you can. Simply follow the same procedure as for a ‘normal’ return and send the item you wish to return back to us.
Please note that the set discount does not apply if only part of a set is returned. The amount will be deducted from the refund of the returned item. If you exchange part of a set, the set discount will still apply.
We have extended the return deadline for Christmas presents bought in the period from the 15th of November until the 23rd of December. These orders can be returned or exchanged until the 5th of January.
We aim to handle all returns as fast as possible and we will refund your money as soon as we receive your return. We will send a confirmation when we receive you return. However, it may take another 1-2 business days after the confirmation before you have the money back in your account - depending on the payment method you used.
