We offer a price guarantee on our entire range. We want to ensure that you always get the best price from us.

How does the price guarantee work?

• We monitor competitors' prices around the clock.
• The compared price includes the product price and the cheapest available shipping option.

How to make use of the price guarantee:

• Add the product to your cart.
• Enter in the comments field: "Price guarantee + link to the cheaper store".
• Feel free to save a screenshot of the price at the competitor's store. The price, variant and stock status must be clearly visible.
• You can request the price guarantee in connection with your order.
• We will review your request and assess whether it meets our conditions for the price guarantee. If the price guarantee is approved, we will adjust the price on your order and release the excess reserved amount.
• If the price guarantee cannot be approved, we will contact you. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled so that it is not shipped at the original price without your confirmation.
  

Terms and conditions
There are just a few conditions that must be met in order to qualify for the price guarantee:

• The compared price must include the total price, shipping, local VAT and any applicable customs duties.
• The item must be in stock at the other store in the same colour and size.
• The price guarantee applies for up to 14 days after your purchase.
• The price guarantee cannot be combined with discount codes.
