Delivery and shipping
We ship orders the same day if placed before 18:00 from Monday to Thursday and before 16:30 on Fridays.
Normal delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. In rural areas outside major cities, delivery may take an additional 2 to 3 days beyond the stated timeframe.
We ship with Parcel Force / Royal Mail. Free shipping is available on orders over £125 when choosing the cheapest shipping method.Haven’t received your order yet?

If your order has not yet been shipped, it is typically because you have ordered an item that is available for pre-order. This will always be stated in your order confirmation and on your status page.Questions about product delivery?
If you haven't received your package, then please check if you have received a tracking email from us. If you have received an email, it means that we have sent the package from our warehouse. In your tracking email, you can find the tracking number for your package so you can follow it.
Get hold of your chosen shipment supplier if there are any irregularities in the delivery.
Also check if the item, you order is in stock or marked as "expected in stock (date)"
We strive to send your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we can not do anything to speed up the process, when the package has left our warehouse.
