The Lifeventure One-Touch Thermal Mug is a 350 ml thermos mug made of 304 food-grade stainless steel with double walls and vacuum insulation. It keeps drinks hot for up to 6 hours and cold for up to 12 hours.

The lid opens with a single press and features a 360-degree drinking rim, allowing you to drink from any side. It seals tightly between the lid and the mug, can be operated with one hand, and can be taken apart for cleaning.

Delivery

We ship packages with Parcel Force / Royal Mail.

If you place your order on weekdays before 18:00, your package will be shipped the same day. On Fridays, the order must be placed before 16:30.

The standard delivery time is 3-7 business days, but some items may be stored at a remote warehouse. In such cases, a longer delivery time will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping is even free if you order for more than XXXX GBP.

Returns

Should you need to return anything to us, you are responsible for the shipping costs related.

We have a 14 days return policy, starting from the day you receive your goods.

Christmas presents can be returned to the 5th of January.
