Salomon Husk Prime MIPS, ski helmet, black

Salomon Husk Prime MIPS, ski helmet, black

The Husk Prime ski helmet offers the perfect combination of lightness and safety. The helmet features a thin shell design—but thanks to Salomon’s proprietary EPS 4D technology, it remains incredibly durable. EPS 4D technology allows the helmet to absorb impacts much more effectively and protect your head as well as possible. This Prime version of the Husk helmet also features MIPS technology. This further enhances safety, as MIPS helps distribute the force of any impacts that may occur during a fall. This helps reduce the risk of permanent injury when the head is subjected to impacts.

But with the adjustable ventilation, you can control exactly how much airflow you need around your head. Helmets today are generally very well-insulated, so the need for hats or other headwear underneath is minimal. So if it’s extra cold, you can simply close the ventilation channels, and conversely, open them when the weather gets a little warmer.

With the BOA Fit adjustment at the back, you can adjust the helmet until it fits your head perfectly. The 3D Sound ear warmers are designed so you can hear incredibly well through them without losing any of the warmth they’re meant to provide to your ears.
