The Salomon QST MAX Jr M is a forgiving and fun ski, built to be the perfect learning platform for kids, whether they’ve only skied a few times or are already seasoned pros.
The QST is an all-mountain model from Salomon, making it perfect for little heroes who also want to let loose on fun forest trails and uphill runs. This ski is built similarly to the Salomon S/MAX, though it’s just a bit more fun in groomed off-piste snow.
What makes this ski absolutely brilliant for kids is that it’s equipped with all-terrain rocker technology. This means it’s relatively easy to get this ski to slide sideways without straining their legs, making it easy to plow. The rocker also works wonders when kids are learning to turn, as it makes it easy to initiate the turn. During the turn itself, the ski offers decent edge grip, so they can also learn to carve.
